River Juniors (River Sports CIC) - Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement between [River juniors] ("River", "we", "us", or "our") and the parent or legal guardian ("Parent", "you", or"your") of the child participant ("Child" or "Participant") in the activities provided by River Juniors. By booking and enrolling your child in our football club, you agree to adhere to and be bound by these Terms.

1. Enrolment and Participation:

1.1. Enrolment: By enrolling your Child in River Juniors, you confirm that you are the Parent or legal guardian of the Child and that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of the Child.

2. Behaviour and Code of Conduct:

2.1. Positive Behaviour: Parents and Participants are expected to uphold high standards of sportsmanship, respect, and fair play during all club activities. We encourage a positive and supportive environment for all participants.

2.2. Respect for Others: Any form of bullying, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour towards other participants, coaches, staff, or officials will not be tolerated.

2.3. Coach's Authority: Participants are required to follow the instructions and guidelines provided by River Juniors's coaches and staff members during training sessions, matches, and events.

3. Subscription and Fees:

3.1. Subscription Period: Your subscription with River Juniors is ongoing until you provide written notice of your intention to leave the club. You are responsible for all fees associated with your Child's participation until such notice is given.

3.2. Payment: Payment of the subscription fees is due according to the schedule provided by River Juniors. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your Child's participation.

3.3. Fee Adjustments: River Juniors reserves the right to adjust subscription fees with reasonable notice.

4. Communication and Notice:

4.1. Contact Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information to River Juniors, including email addresses and phone numbers.

4.2. Notice of Withdrawal: To terminate your Child's participation, you must provide written notice to River Juniors 's administrative office prior to the desired withdrawal date.

5. Health and Safety:

5.1. Health Conditions: It is your responsibility to inform River Juniors of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs your Child may have that could impact their participation. River Juniors will take reasonable precautions to accommodate such needs.

5.2. First Aid and Emergency: River Juniors will take reasonable steps to provide a safe environment, including access to first aid facilities. In case of an emergency, River Juniors will seek necessary medical attention for the Child.

6. Media Consent:

6.1. Media Release: By enrolling your Child, you grant River Juniors the right to use photographs, videos, and other media taken during club activities for promotional and informational purposes, unless state otherwise.

7. Changes to Terms:

7.1. Amendments: River Juniors reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be communicated to Parents via email or other appropriate means. By booking and enrolling your Child in River Juniors, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
